Who can join
Membership is open to people who are registered Democrats—or intend to register when eligible—and live, work, or are registered to vote in Riverside County or a neighboring county.
You do not have to become a member before attending a public PYD event unless the event listing says otherwise.

The application opens on Jotform and asks for contact information and a signature.
PYD can explain current dues, waiver requests, the next meeting, and how good standing works.
Current adopted rules
Members must be ages 13–35, meet the Democratic registration requirement, and have the Riverside County or neighboring-county connection described above.
Annual dues are set by the Steering Committee and approved by the membership. The bylaws let members request a dues waiver.
The posted bylaws require completed paperwork, required dues, and attendance at one or more general meetings before a member is in good standing.
